Ricco Kuhn 393x Triple horn The proto type of our new full triple horn was introduced during the IHS Symposium 2003 in Bloomington (USA). Many players showed much interest in it. Many advances in design have happened during the ensuing years. The newly constructed valve set has very special smaller change valves which still allow smooth airflow. All the valves have string linkages. The newly developed bell design offers perfect balance between the F/Bb and the high F sides of the horn. Because of the lighter materials this horn is only slightly heavier than most double horns. Also included is the set of High Eb slides. '... it plays like a double horn.' ! His newest model (pictured) is convertible to either high F or High Eb!
